• All our 3-room-apartments are equipped with two bedrooms with a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed, a living room with a dining table and a sofa (or a pull-out double couch for two extra people), Satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, an electric stove with four hotplates, a fridge including a freezer as well as cutlery, dishes, pans, pots and two bathrooms with a shower or bath, two basins, a balcony or garden terrace, bed linen and towels.
• All 2-room-apartments are equipped with a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a dining table and sofa (or a pull-out double couch for two extra people), Satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, an electric stove with four hotplates, a fridge including a freezer as well as cutlery and dishes, a bathroom with two basins and a bath, a balcony or garden terrace, bed linen and towels.
• After a long day's skiing or walking, relax in our Wellness area or in the RESIDENCE ISABELL'S new indoor swimming pool or in the wellness area including whirlpool, Turkish bath, Finnish Sauna, frigidarium, a relaxation room, Kneipp feet bath and a children's pool for our little guests. All free of charge!
• The indicated rates are per apartment and given number of persons with a minimum stay of 7 nights (weekly price). Inclusive services, additional costs, bed linien, towels, electricity, heating system, taxes and final cleaning included. Errors excepted!
  
• Please understand, that we can only accept bookings under 7 nights in the following periods: 01.12 - 21.12., 01.04 - 15.04., 25.05. - 01.07 and 10.09. - 15.10.
• We would like to inform you, that the bill can be payed in cash.
• Equipment: Generous and completely equipped apartments with fantastic view over the natural reserve Puez-Odle and Selva or the Sasso Lungo (south balcony), also Apt. without balcony are bookable. Bathroom with bath / shower, WC and bidet, 2 wash basins, hair dryer. All appartments dispose of an adjustable heating system, sitting room with corner seat and dining table for 6 persons, extendable double bed couch, completely equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, 4 ceramic hotplates, dishwasher, towels, coffee machine, SAT TV, phone and Internet connection (WiFi), safe, different towels and bed linen.
  
• Non-smoker: All our apartments are non-smoker apartments. For allergy sufferers we recommend apartments with parquet ground.
• Domestic animals are admitted subject to prior special arrangement only
• Arrival and departure: Your apartment will be available from 4 pm. You are asked to vacate your apartment no later than 10 am on your day of departure.
• With late arrival or earlier departure we count the period booked as a calculation basis for your stay.

  In case of a delayed arrival or a premature departure we will be obliged to charge the full price as arranged

• Your booking is just valid after the receipt of your written reservation (booking), as well as the agreed deposit. The deposit can be made by postal order or bank wire. This offers you the guarantee of the booking confirmation. The deposit (without travel cancellation insurance) is kept back in the case of refusal.
  
• Cancellation: At re-letting out of the cancelled apartment the earnest money is transferred back for the confirmation.Otherwise we bill on short-term cancellation, early departure or delayed journey for three days of the stay price.
  
• Before your trip sometimes something can crop up and with our cancellation insurance you are financially protected. Should you arrive late or not turn up at all for your booking or should you have to shorten your stay, cancellation charges can be added according to EU norms.
