In addition Val Gardena is part of the "Dolomiti-Superki", the biggest "ski carussel " of the Alps with more than 450 uphill transportation devices and more than 1220 km of slopes.

The peaks of the Sassolungo, the Sciliar, Cir and the Sella group surround the ski area of Val Gardena and Alpe di Siusi.

The ski resorts of the villages Ortisei, S. Cristina and Selva give access to impressive mountains. In the past years the slopes have been linked very well with each other so that the whole Gardena Valley and the Alpe di Siusi can be reached on skis. The main attractions for skiers are the World Championship runs Saslong, Cir, Tre, Seceda and Mont Seura.
In addition, there is connection with the famous Sellaronda, with other 120 lifts and 334 km of skiing slopes. The new cable ways Siusi (Castelrotto/Fiè) and Ortisei and the modernization of the uphill facilities on the Alpe di Siusi area have contributed to the improvement of the family ski resort Alpe di Siusi where you can enjoy great downhill runs, recharge your batteries and relax.
